lite diana. trust me, its immaterial. men are all gonna go to sh1t anyway soon. even as a man, I  will watch from the sidelines as men implode as more and more non males grow up to challenge their hegemony.

most men are sh1t. I'm too. constantly trying to be less sh1t.

If a guy is not dominating or submissive or talkative it's ok.

If a woman is tough and not emotional , it's ok too. You don't have to shame anyone in either cases.

I think this topic is beyond AFDB cumulative IQ. Please don't talk about discrimination. It is an entirely different concept.

yes. but if you give up a bit of control, you can find innovative ways of doing business with next to nothing as investment.

I wish I knew how to 🤔

cheppa kadha. you guys wanna have the cake and eat it too. you want to have all the benefits of being in a traditional institution (marriage, corporate etc), and you also want the institution to change in a way that is foreign to it.

There are already radical spaces where women are just treated as matter of fact equal beings. With zero special privilege to them. with no gender roles assigned. Such spaces exist. but women who want to stay out of trouble wouldn't fit there. they probably look down on those people, because these groups are all on the margins and struggle to survive and are constantly fighting battles with the state and the society.

One way to actually change your environment is to impose yourself on it and be combative and hand twist others to get things done your way. and never be apologetic about your actions. It creates a whole new set of problems ofcourse.

may be, there's no way.

No 3rd person judges in gender roles . Evariki anta time undadu unna no one cares . Usually own family members , spouse have issues with this . We can’t say what is ok and what is not ok in a relationship for them . After all it’s their life . This problem is huge to be addressed . Manaku ok ayyedi pakkavadiki ok Kakà povachu.  Don’t mean to argue btw.

I don't think it has anything to do with IQ. Its just that social science is a serious science too, and no one here has access to the kind of knowledge that is required for this discussion.

Ledu judge chestaru. Take the examples of institutional chivalry. As a woman you are not expected to perform that well because women are generally considered left brain inclined , so they don't have proper analytical or logical skills. So they settle down for mediocre results and patronize them and I'm not exaggerating
