Ellen
If a guy is not dominating or submissive or talkative it's ok. If a woman is tough and not emotional , it's ok too. You don't have to shame anyone in either cases.

Normal ga neutral ga em leva ? cheppa kadha. you guys wanna have the cake and eat it too. you want to have all the benefits of being in a traditional institution (marriage, corporate etc), and you also want the institution to change in a way that is foreign to it. There are already radical spaces where women are just treated as matter of fact equal beings. With zero special privilege to them. with no gender roles assigned. Such spaces exist. but women who want to stay out of trouble wouldn't fit there. they probably look down on those people, because these groups are all on the margins and struggle to survive and are constantly fighting battles with the state and the society. One way to actually change your environment is to impose yourself on it and be combative and hand twist others to get things done your way. and never be apologetic about your actions. It creates a whole new set of problems ofcourse. may be, there's no way.

As a woman you are not expected to perform that well because women are generally considered left brain inclined , so they don't have proper analytical or logical skills. So they settle down for mediocre results and patronize them and I'm not exaggerating
