johnydanylee Posted August 31, 2020 Report Share Posted August 31, 2020 దిల్లీ: కోర్టు ధిక్కరణకు పాల్పడే విధంగా ట్వీట్లు చేసిన కేసులో న్యాయవాది ప్రశాంత్‌ భూషణ్‌కు భారత్‌ అత్యున్నత న్యాయస్థానం నేడు శిక్ష ఖరారు చేసింది. దీనిలో భాగంగా ప్రశాంత్‌ భూషణ్‌కు ఒక్క రూపాయి జరిమానా విధిస్తూ సుప్రీం కోర్టు తీర్పు వెలువరించింది.సెప్టెంబర్‌ 15లోగా రూపాయిని కోర్టుకు డిపాజిట్‌ చేయాలని ఆదేశించింది. డిపాజిట్‌ చేయకపోతే 3 నెలల జైలుశిక్ష , మూడేళ్లపాటు ప్రాక్టీస్‌ చేయకుండా నిషేధం విధిస్తామని తీర్పులో హెచ్చరించింది. Can you please read the judgement of SC , they indicted him for criticism on the institution of supreme court itself not personal attack on the cheif justice of India .
