IDPL employees cheppindhi chepthunna man. IDPL ki unna resources ki 10 times bigger than Dr Reddy lab undali. But Govt company avvadam valla paadaindhi. I personally know some people who used to jsut go to office, mark the attendance and go back home do their own personal business. Dr Reddy may have seen the opportunity there. Ae company ki aina starting lo niladhokkukovadam important. Once thats done, it not difficult to manage if the person is dedicated. Dr Reddy did that. He deinflty has content.
