MIS may or may not be STEM depending on what university you do it , choose it if you want to move towards functional roles in tech 

if programming is your goal , choose cs 

Go to Edulix , tons of info on what you want , this may not be the best forum

ex: Northeastern University Boston MIS, CO-OP to full time best university
