I was sarcastic. Me being a woman why would i think its a sin ? Its men who failed women then and even now.

If women got failed by men...in current days...that means women is not independent...

Independent women can be failed too by society. Independent means not just financial independence or having a job.  I don't think women are independent enough or equals in society . #MyPersonalOpinion.

Again it varies.. if a girl has to marry some one working in USA. 1.  Topic is about daughter ( Female) . Why men needs to come into every discussion which is out of context ? Can happen to men - Agreed 

2. Lack of  Resources ki fooling ki relation aey ledu. Its not about shaming or fooling.  Not related to context i think.

3. Finances or work also partly related to independence not completely define independence.. though it helps to be independent.

 

I do two jobs and consider myself not independent.  We differ probably in definition of independence itself. Lite.
