anyone did Transcendental Meditation?

I had been to their introductory session and it seemed pretty legit. However, the price point discouraged me as it was more than $500.

I am currently using an app called headspace for my daily morning meditation, seems to work well with me.

TM might be more helpful though, I would say give it a shot

I did not try TM specifically but meditation definitely helps anxiety. Headspace is great for guided meditation. If you use it for few weeks, you LL get used to it and can proceed for other techniques on your own.

will you recommend it for anxiety?

you dont need to shell out hundreds of dollars to know what mantra helps to heal you, TM is an ecosystem to teach mantras for individuals based on some faqqing copyrighted formula that can only be bought by dollars 🤣

if the above is true, hindus are born billionaires by dollar terms

start your day with vishnu sahasranamam, that is as good as any human needs to get all the spiritual benefits if you are a hindu, if you are not a hindu, start your days with gratitude prayer (as simple as saying and accepting what god has given you till now)

if you are an atheist, you can go F yourselves and get on meds quickly, coz nothing can heal an atheist

get calm app and use it for the next 30 days without missing a day, you would see drastic improvement

anxiety is stress response, learn to cope with things by finding ways to categorize them, learn to live to let go things, learn to live with failures and learn to learn from mistakes.. most important of all.. stop comparing with others and learn to develop gratitude for what you have already

a brain that thinks it has everything acts entirely different than when it thinks it has something missing

learn to hack your brain towards happiness than useless thoughtfulness

Thank you very much! I feel like I need a retreat or some place to shut out the noise

that may add more confusion he already has resulting in unnecessary anxiety, ignorance is indeed a bliss because one is not even aware of overall picture which might be good for them
