Try for junior positions. Fultime try cheyyamanu. startup idea medha work chesanu ani cheppamanu...come up with a technical story using her skills as base and wrap them around a simple idea. Ask her to write down strategy, road map and milestones of tht idea. And at last she realized its not going to work and need more time so kept it on back burner.
