low carbs diet... good but now..

40 lbs weight loss goal-->

reduced 2200 calories to 1200 calories intake --> so 4 to 5 weeks lo 10 lbs weight loss ayanu..  antha bagane undhi.. no issues.. 

now last 2 weeks nundi ...... same weight unnanu .. with same food habits.. why not reducing now?? any idea.. current goal 30 lbs....

Sometimes you hit a plateau for few weeks , don't give up and keep following the diet .

Depending on your current weight the rate of reduction varies a bit , don't give up until you hit the goal

Plateau hit aite anthe. Change your diet now. Macros ratio alter cheyandi. Also try intermittent fasting with your current diet. It seems to work in such cases

u need to change ur diet confuse the body, human body is very adaptive nuvvu inni rojulu chesina diet ki ni body adapt aindi vachina 1200 calories tho body saripettukotam start chesindi so as others suggested try something new, like even in low carb u can do IF or warrior diet or omad (one meal a day) ala chesi koncham activity kuda increase chei just keep changing the patterns don't let the body get used :)

agreed to above plateau ni beat cheyali

eppudaina goals 4-6 weeks ala petti chala cheyali

HITT, resistance, full body functional, calisthenics kuda ante alage avtadii

ne body diet ki alavatu paddadi vayya. so not its not burning enough calories to lose weight. change diet and exercises. consult a nutritionist in hyd that will make things easy

Your body initially got confused and reacted to your low carb diet .... so you reduced..

Now, your body is thinking that's the new normal .... So its not weird for it.... So will not act...

Try something new again for a couple of weeks and then come back to low carb... Its like having a cheat day...

thanks all... now I understood the reason.. 

life motham cheat cheyali ...lol :) just kidding.. 

ithe.. early dinner @6:30pm and last Breakfast chesta..@10 am.. so that.. 16 hours window add avutadi.. no food for 16 hrs..  

with same food habits..
