Today this prime land would have been worth 50 crores min.

Hyderabad is a city only for ultra rich, politicians and Labor class....... Middle class oka land konna with clean title........ Your dreams will be destroyed..... politician or local goonda eye lo padithe..... Stupid fcking Indian politicians and local mafia b@stards.

Yep..Snickers ki 20rs..Full meals 30rs in cafeteria..Anyway Sodexho passes isthunde..It was a small job..Dabbulu save chesukoni GRE and Toefl rasukuni US ki vachhesina anthe...

Two things I hated at that time was Dust and Traffic Jams...

Also post 2014 division half of the growth in HYD is because of migration from Hindi belt. These businessmen from North are buying lands and buildings left and right. Recently 3 families from Rajasthan did a land deal from 25 cr in our area in Kokapet. They sold their  businesses in north and recently relocated to Hyd and are buying properties. In general the city is safe and free of gangsters now a days. Even politicians are not touching people's lands, they are mostly trying to occupy Wakf board lands, poramboku lands, govt lands etc..
