Widespread Covid-19 vaccination not expected until mid-2021, says WHO

Widespread vaccinations against Covid-19 are not expected until the middle of next year, according to the World Health Organization, which has stressed the importance of rigorous checks on their effectiveness and safety.

'This phase 3 must take longer because we need to see how truly protective the vaccine is and we also need to see how safe it is,' said spokeswoman Margaret Harris, referring to vaccine clinical trials

Approve ayinavi enni unnayi. can you at least name one? Don't say certain cancers ku already develop chesaru kada ani. . vaadiki inka final approval rale gaa.

Moderna vaadu non-protein and non-conventional vaccine development start chesi oka decade ayithundhemo, ippativaraku mari mRNA sequence vaccine safety and efficacy prove cheyatam or establish cheyadam kalee. Thanks to few good people in Govt, inka janaalaku nukalu unnayi bhoom meedha. Thappaka covid leak chesaru but its a flop show. The vaccine is going to be a joke like Nano car. Arey babu, other mRNA vaccines are approved. This particular mRNA has a different sequence, related to spike protein sequence so that is different from other vaccines traditionally used.

Which vaccine is currently an mRNA vaccine in the market being administered with approval ???

asalu RNA virus ki vaccine kashtam due to mutations. MMR ku possible ayindhi may be due to less or insignificant mutations vallanemo.

But e SARS-COV-2 rigourous ga mutate ayithundhi kadha, mutation means sequence changing then older strain ku Tcell develop ayithe use emuntadhi, 100% protection guarantee ekkada use emundhi vaccine valla. The strain sequence are completely different across geographies and even over a period of time kada. . asalu mRNA possible aa?? in this case.

It's not in market, but it is being administered to patients for lethal disease treatments.

mRNA is only for the spike protein, as long as the immune system can recognize some part of the spike protein (not necessarily mutated), T cells can be primed to get memory.
