It was kutra by modi  against jagan.. times of India picked the median by averaging all the districts ommiting urban population ..especially who lives in chennai , banglore, pune, Hyderabad .

Andhra lo vunna corporate colleges and intermediate colleges ekkada levu.. if there are still illeterates in Andhra they probably most of the tribal and migrating labour ...

Yes that’s what I thought. Everyone is now sending their kids to school. They have realized the importance of education.
