No chance , they already purchased Sri Perambalur plant in 2017-18 . 

One of their suppliers bought land and constructing a huge facility in kolar , Karnataka .

They are just using Andhra as a ruse to get more benefits from these states  . Ayina Andhra lo pettithey nellore, chittoor, vizag kakunda  Kadapa endhuku choose chestaru ?

Sri city is the only significant assembling plant in our state , Celkon is a done case .  Renigunta ki edho sapam undhi , almost ani companies failure avathayi akkada .

Make no mistake almost every big investmentt in our state came as a hub of Chennai . Our state government has not invested anything in chittoor / nellore districts for the last 10 years.

 A big example is naidupeta-tirupathi is still a twisty two lane road , even though it has huge traffic and importance .   Central government chesta anna , interest ledhu state ki

Kadapa can get Srisailam water ... It's not a issue at all .

The main advantages for Kadapa is land availability , cheaper labour  and political patronage of YCP

connectivity problem coast ki baaga duram train track to nellore kottga begin ayyindi anukunta but one way adi 

road connectivity is not great and parts anni akkadiki vellali 

i think nellore or ongole might be best place to do that or srikakulam due to cheap labour
