1 person had a negative reaction out of thousands of participants.

They have yet to prove that it's related to the Vaccine. chances are it's unrelated and testing will continue.

Moreover, For a vaccine to be declared as safe for public , it has to be atleast 51% successful during stage 3 trials .... this vaccine has already surpassed that % and it will be approved for public distribution by November 2020 ...
