Let's see what changes are there in the new law , Telangana has a peculiar problem with Nizam era documents that causes so many legal disputes .

Both congress and TDP(nowTRS) leaders are professional litigants in and around Hyderabad . They can produce Nizam era agreement on any property and the case will go on for decades in courts

Andhra vallu dopidi darulu aney ninadham sagam ika nunchey vachindhi .

If reforms are successful even AP will follow them

The main problem was the identification of lands and titles, survey numbers etc.

Survey numbers are not in order and shape, so that gave rise to complications especially the size of survey number, shape, borders, titles etc. Some survey numbers barely have an acre and some have 10’s of acres with borders not specified, They use measurement called as ‘Golusu’ to do the survey, something used to happen in Nizam’s era and this has been altered to change the survey numbers and extensions which led to complicated titles and identification became tough.

This will be now thing of a past as new system proposed is going to use latitude and longitude to identify survey numbers. It will have exact acreage under each survey number and borders for each unit predefined.

The biggest take away is the encumbrance details of the land title in Dharani website, establishment of tribunal for litigations and abolishing revenue courts, No REGISTRATION of Govt/Assigned land, VRO/Tahsildar removed and Tahsildar will be Assistant Sub-Registrar

Panilo pani ga a WAKF, Paigah lands kuda edo okati chesi Govt take over chesthe, ledu ledu anna Hyd nundi 100km radius la Govt ki inkoka 1 lakh acres accumulate ayitadi...Can easily say then that TG Govt will have the highest land bank in the country and Land acquisition which is the biggest hindrance for any development, will be a boon for the state...Future assured..!
