Except huda layout...anni layout lo plots ki lrs kattali.... remember only handful of layouts in outskirts are huda approved layouts, remaining all are gram panchaiti layouts dated back to 1974 eo earlier....govt ki masthu paisal ippudu lrs tho

adey anedhi HMDA approved kanappudu lrs fee kooda plot cost lo inclusive gaaa anukovaali lekapothey kastam 

ayinaa LRS kattalsi vasthundhi antey aa layout lo open space + roads to occupied space ratio sarigga undi undadhu ani expect chesthunna that means developer made more plots out of the layout , so obvious gaa koneppudu buyer avvi aalochinchukovaali

Nothing new but more transparency around when you inherit the property incase of no will. That is your family members need to sign off for the transfer to happen, this will be documented in the system. Currently VRO/MRO la ki paisa ichi nadipistaru kani court la chala pending cases ivve. This will not completely put a stop to these cases but a lot of these cases are fought 2-3 generations after and that can be avoided with some documented evidence

That is why it is important to have a will. Registration vallaki neeku siblings leru ani cheppina ayitadi registration kani hindu herdity laws imply avutayi courts lo and hence a lot of female siblings keep going to the courts which most likely ends up as out of court settlements

Huda layout ante plot costly untadi compred to gram panchaiti layout, so buyer goes for lower one and ends in clumsy neighborhood. Huda layout lo plots and houses u will see big trees along the roadside and a park, ivanni lekunda gp layout lo cost takkuva ki vaste ade teeskuntar ga sagatu middle class janam who doesn't have own house

This is exactly to avoid such a situation, once registration is done on your name with immediate family members consent you are good to do whatever or whenever you want. That consent will be documented and serve as a proof when you need it

Basically issue is laying out the infrastructure and maintenance such as drainage, roads, water etc becomes that more expensive because of unplanned nature. This is just to enforce some criteria so that it in long term it becomes for people to opt for huda approved plots
