New Revenue  act and law are not two parallel things. Afterall the act should enforce the law. Current status quo kuda same equivalent unnadi but we overlook(MRO shouldn’t transfer property without family members consent). What this avoid mere pardada maa palolla pardada appudu chesukunna agreements paina caselu estunnaru and more often not that evidence is not documented anywhere or just word of mouth(alanti instances corrext ayutayi in my opinion)

I completely get it, but okati avoid cheyadaniki manam inkoka lolli ni invite chestunam anipistundi

Dada, pardada etc chesukunna agreements etc kayyalu already chusinam...Those we’re very significant cases but going into future those cases may not be as severe as they were..

Coming to consent among legal heirs, sons and daughters equal rights ani, parents ni chusukovali ani, itla malla chala vunayi...ikade mari Personal laws invoke chesthe legal heir process will get delayed and registration cheyakapothey that will invite more problems kada..maintenance, taxes,income loss from property, encumbrances and loans etc..
