New Revenue act and law are not two parallel things. Afterall the act should enforce the law. Current status quo kuda same equivalent unnadi but we overlook(MRO shouldn’t transfer property without family members consent). Coming to consent among legal heirs, sons and daughters equal rights ani, parents ni chusukovali ani, itla malla chala vunayi...ikade mari Personal laws invoke chesthe legal heir process will get delayed and registration cheyakapothey that will invite more problems kada..maintenance, taxes,income loss from property, encumbrances and loans etc..
