@quickgun_murugun Mulesoft..cyber secuirty..cloud migration..and ai..block chain technology lo vastayee..bro..but few opportunities I agree partly what u said but if u stand apart from crowd and learn new skill and do certification and do right marketing through linkedin premium and reach all over usa market due to covid remotely only now..even what I said is true as well ..u can cross 85 to 90 even on h1b and if u are ead or cpt or. Opt inka add another 10 to to 15$ more..

 

If u are confined one area like small city it very hard to get that rate..

U got to take risk and keep changing every year or two job then only u will learn and earn more ..or else u will have to settle with less but may be more stable life..but u will be prone to layoffs and struggle upgrading all of sudden in future

How were you able to switch from 18yrs exp tech to CMS/AWS & GCP? Even employers will not show interest to place you in some new tech right
