Don't know why you want only contracting. With your exp you should be some lead or manager at company as fte with min135 - 160 range.. contracting days are gone no over time, rates are way under market..u get more pay at fte.with right company.

valid point.. but i have 2 reasons for not fte. of course, firstly no proper channel to get good paying full time companies. 2nd, get worried a lot w internal disgusting politics, i am very poor in that. Anyways, throw some light on 135-160 range FTE companies...thx.
