mbabu2579 Posted September 10, 2020 Report Share Posted September 10, 2020 nenu consultancy A lo employee , middle layer is Insasys , prime vendor Virtusa and Client is banking company B. performance issue ani teesesaru after 1.5 month i have approved timesheets from Client B. Submitted to Virtusa, they approved. I haven't received my pay yet, my employer says he hasn't received any payment from Insasys. My employer says he cant pay until he receives any amount. He emailed accounting of Virtusa , they said they have cleared the payment lastweek. My employer Insasys has filed bankrupcy and they cannot recover money from they as the payment was made by Virtusa already to them. HOw to deal this situation please help. Talk to ur employer n confirm if he can provide req documents if u go to attorney and file a completed reg the vendor. If you file a complaint, this will either drag for an year in court n you might win or else the vendor will come to settlement n pay the lawyer fees and some peanuts on top of that.
