My predictions for upcoming months/years

1. Flu in combination with cool weather will make things worseee.                                           2. Thatha might win elections and vomerica will witness biggest recccccessssion of all time right after election.  3. Real estate in big cities will assammmmmm 4. Posssible downfall of kachraaaaa in TG. 5. Jagan will win more popularity with his freebies and ruling.

My prediction 

1. Corona situation will not get worse even if the cases increase since there is some medical knowledge on the virus now 

2 . I cannot predict this but Trump has slight edge if the young voters don't show up . 

 

3. Real estate will not have a huge dip but more of a stagnation , growth will resume in places IT industry is less . 

 

4.kachara  will be back due to split in congress /bjp in some constituencies . As long as Congress does not have a charismatic leader they will not win or until kachara dies 

 

5 kinda agree unless chanakya forms an alliance with BJP/JSP , already congress +communist are babu allies . Basically maha kutami 2.0

My prediction is based upon the fact that US banking system is built on the foundation of continuous real estate growth . They would rather crash the valuation of the dollar than let real estate price crash .

Real estate is different. From my Realtor friends, the demand has been high. New construction has been low. So, the possibility of a housing crisis may not be accurate for Q3 and Q 4.

Ofcourse the rich have enough liquidity to hold out for a long time , we need to see the situation when the unemployment paycheck dries up / evictions start

governments are forced to take a relook at taxation, new forms of taxation might come up soon

digital tax in europe is just the beginning, many more taxes would come to tax the rich corporations, 5 yrs from now this is all going to be good again
