Are you out of your mind? You argued that Realtors would lie because it is their livelihood. My first post in this thread below. It is not "A" realtors opinion. There are several articles supporting high demand and low inventory too. Your lack of attention span and your inability to read complete post without prejudice is mind boggling.

You should have started with those articles that support 'high demand' and low inventory, or atleast made a mention of it. now that you mention it, can I have a look at just one of those? 

let me see if they are written by financial analysts or by real estate agents.

either way its clear that I'm not interested in whether there's an impending real estate crash or not. I don't know why brandishing that observation on new construction is supposed to take this conversation further.
