katru
This is totally wrong conception, even there are some girls who did MS , who just focused on studies and never involved in any other things. I have a friend who is married now , she is good looking, never came for any parties , non drinker, never had boy friend (she has been classmate for 18 years , from India till completion of MS), she never used to think about boyfriend or dating , she was just focusing on her studies and got job at a top MNC. It totally depends on the upbringing of their parents and what values they have inherited. It was not just her while doing MS even her roommates were of similar nature. Of course there were girls with the qualities that have been described by the OP, and they were majority, but there's a minority group who still follow the rules set by parents.
