Austin is different to Dallas le .. there are fun places around in Austin when compared to Dallas

So..your commute will be 30-40 minutes if you take home there..if you pick frisco and mckinney it will be far for your work if you have to travel Dallas or foetworth

Resale in this locations is high because both white, Chinese , indian and pakistani communities fight for grapevine and rules flower mound

 

Chinese- lot of business like donuts company, restaurants , grapevine mall business

Pakistanis- work commute easy and there is a big mosque there in euless area..they get near so that they can go pray everyday

desis- wife works one side..husband one side..house in centrr
