odhu_le_macha
One of the biggest causes of divorce is disagreements about money. Likely it is the shortage of money that causes fights in the majority of times.

odhu_le_macha
I think financial stability is incredibly important before getting married. Being financially stable makes you feel safe and secure and it allows you to feel independent which is also a key aspect in your own happiness. Having said this, it is important to state that it is NOT the most important thing to take into account when deciding whether you should get married or not. You could be financially stable today and bankrupt tomorrow. How would your relationship be affected if you were bankrupt? Would you still support and love each other? If the answer is yes then you can start thinking about marriage. If you’re not sure about the answer then don’t think about marriage yet until you know the answer to that question. It is impossible to predict another person’s actions but by observing the things they already do and the things they say, you can decipher a lot and have an image of how the future will be. it is OK to marry when having attained financial stability but there are other variables that should be taken into account before making the decision to marry someone. Ahh okay, based on my understanding if you're not living paycheck to paycheck, then you're financially stable. If you don't need montly paychecks (aka retired, FIRE), then you're financially independent. When I got married, I was financially stable, but not financially independent.
