Last year the Villa price that I looked was 3.8 crore now they are asking 4 Cr. Farm near shamshabad was 3 Cr now asking 4 Cr. Nothing changed just a hype. Especially in USA since the interest rates are so low , the whole banking system will collapse if real estate will go down too much . If the prices really go down , the rich will just buy all the property and rent them out .
