snoww Posted September 15, 2020 Report Share Posted September 15, 2020 అమరావతి భూముల వ్యవహారంలో హైకోర్టులో మాజీ అడ్వకేట్ జనరల్ దమ్మాలపాటి శ్రీనివాస్‌ హౌస్‌మోషన్‌ పిటిషన్‌ దాఖలు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఈ పిటిషన్‌పై ఏపీ హైకోర్టులో విచారణ జరిగింది. ఈ కేసులో ఏపీ హైకోర్టు స్టే ఇచ్చింది. తదుపరి చర్యలు నిలిపివేయాలని హైకోర్టు ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది. అంతేకాకుండా.. ఎఫ్‌ఐఆర్‌లోని సమాచారాన్ని ప్రసార మాధ్యమాల్లో ప్రసారం చేయకూడదని హైకోర్టు ఆదేశాలు కూడా జారీ చేసింది. కాగా.. దమ్మాలపాటి తరపున ముకుల్‌ రోహత్గీ, శ్యాందివాన్‌ వాదనలు వినిపించారు. శ్రీనివాస్‌ను ఇరికించేందుకు ఉద్దేశ్యపూర్వకంగానే అభియోగాలు మోపారని ఆధారాలతో సహా పిటిషనర్‌ తరపు న్యాయవాదులు హైకోర్టుకు వివరించారు. రాజధాని భూముల్లో అక్రమాలకు పాల్పడ్డారంటూ దమ్మాలపాటిపై ఏసీబీ కేసు నమోదు చేసిన విషయం విదితమే. These allegations are serious enough that he will be sidelined . I wouldn't be surprised if this issue comes up in parliament and the collegium might choose someone else as next CJI .
