He doesn't realise that educated youth don't become entrepreneurs just because you brainwash them to be innovative at 14yrs age... haha...

they become extremists. 

while he claims that he doesn't want 10 super rich people in TN, and for the rest of society to play catch up forever. That's exactly what his 'think tank' that provides govt an outline for improving entrepreneurship in TN will accomplish in TN.
