I can show you thousands of other stocks which gave negligible returns but you can't show me many lands outside speculative projects which give low returns .

Land with proper documentation and nearby cities is like gold , it will always hold its value and give assured returns .

1990 lo maa babu bought shares in savera hotels for 2 lakhs , nippo batteries for 4 lakhs and Reliance for 50 k .  Savera share almost total loss , nippo shares we sold it at 20% gain ...so in 25 years we got 75 k profit  on nippo . RIL shares baga returns ichayi . 

But overall aa time lo anna nagar lo land konuntey multiple times assured returns vachedhi

While gambling we always look at winners but most people are losers .

If I bought property in tirupathi or nellore , I would have even more . India lo reak estate is a curse man , emaina assured ga perguthundhi .

Stock market antha manipulated abba , take RIL for example . They are showing JIO and Reliance retail are in profits but no *** way is that possible . They are fudging numbers right before everyone's eyes and no one will even dare question them . They have bright future but jio at these rates will never be profitable

I have studied the Chinese market well, let me assure you that the real potential for real estate has yet to be unlocked in india . 

When our country will start building infra in existing cities , they will grow like crazy .  

Smaller cities like vijaywada , machilipatnam,kakinada , vizag , nellore has do much more potential  than Hyderabad , Chennai .   But the main problem is politicians are selfishly focusing development in one place to increase their real estate wealth .

China has developed hundreds of cities along the coast by just focusing on basic infra

Well, if you invested between 2006-2008 in the same company, would have been bag holding until 2010 and in deep losses. Same stock was ~5k and dropped to 2k in march. what would you say for that? Thinking that you would have invested in the companies during then is nothing but foolish. (Not calling you personally).

P.S - Nobody can time the f#@%% market, getting small profits is one thing and holding it forever is another. Don't overthink and ride the wave.

With 1.3 billion population and as more and more people are moving into middle and upper middle class real-estate and farm lands will flourish, there might be slight ups and downs but overall bubble won’t burst
