I saw in some old threads that some of you are into fitness, HIIT etc..

Could some one shed a light on, how to start HIIT for a person that has never done exercise in any shape or form.

join crossfit
specifically say you dont have experiecence
ther will be on ramp sessions for a week or two

join some group classes baa..like kick boxing etc appude kaadhu..konchem covid set ayyaka...

kicks and punches tho paatu body weight exercises kooda chepisthaadu...like push ups and squats...

avi chaalu initial gaa ....

krav maga etc avi maree too technical baa..not that type..just cardio kick boxing...

ayina krav maga dheniki baa fights ki pothaava endhi..

Ma area lo CrossFit start aindi since this month... joined already

I used to go for kickboxing before COVID for close to year and half but lost all the form... 

comparing both I like CrossFit much... I would suggest CrossFit
