I believe that is still banned and anyone doing it should be arrested , just blanket banning  everyone is like British keeping the sign " no indians allowed " outside clubs since they thought all indians are dirty

TTD Chairman Y V Subba Reddy said declaration is not required for devotees of other religions to enter the Tirumala temple. He condemned the opposition allegations and social media news of propagation of other religions in Tirumala. “We have taken a decision to audit the TTD accounts with the CAG for accountability and transparency,” Subba Reddy stated and added that the TTD has been taking steps to remove involvement of middlemen. No truth in the statements of the TTD funds are being used for non-religious activities, he mentioned. The TTD chief said that there was a dip in hundi collection because of the pandemic.
