but if that has to be by US attorney consulate okate dikku , nenu 2 years back 401k loan tiyali ante my wife signature need she was in India, the only way it can be done was consulate appointment tiiuksoni she has to notarize the signature there

yeah same case , some 50-60$ they'll charge i think , i dont remember exactly , its been quite long
