Test result 'Negative' and decription ila vundi. "This nucleic acid amplification test was developed and its performance characteristics determined by LabCorp Laboratories. Nucleic acid amplification tests include PCR and TMA. This test has not been FDA cleared or approved" Please advise me.

My mom was scheduled from Los Angeles to chennai. We did covid test from Walgreens and received negative report via email. Walgreens confirmed they do Rt-pcr test when I booked. They mentioned the summary will not mention the word rtpcr but it is mentioned in their test kit. So was it. Today emirates did not allow us to check-in due to the summary not mentioning rtpcr. We had to call Walgreens, labcorp, and also pwr health..our call were on hold for long time at each customer service. Finally, labcorp said it is not an rtpcr test although the test kit from Walgreens says so. I don't blame emirates, but I still feel Walgreens did a bad job by mentioning rtpcr on a kit, but labcorp only performed a regular pcr. Ultimately we had to reschedule our flight for September 21st.
