Yes Bro I like Chevella area. Lands konchem takkuva kirikiri and it is close to Financial District. Manchi road paddle 25 minutes lo Financial district poach. Future lo Nanakram Guda/Kokapet areas are the next high end areas after jubilee hills. Chevella is like 45 min currently but with a good road it can come down to 20 to 25 minutes.

10km beyond appreciation or chethiki ravadaaniki time padthadhi kaka. ippudu kokapet/CBIT nunchali shankarpally ki straight road 100 feet road chesinaadu, wide road divider with landscapping, shankarpally town susthe surprise ayithav, literally kphb mainroad lo shopping complex laaga ochesinayi. shankarpally nundi just 15 km aa apple gate venture. within 5 to 7 years lo you can see layouts there.

one good thing is indra redd family and relatives are at least not bad as like komat family or others bro. That why Chevella, Shankarpally, VKB is koool.

aa weather kavalante malla south lo ye ooty, coorg kind of places ku povale. Awesome weather untadhi.

+1 pragathi resorts poina last year awesome unde weather in August. Indra reddy family is distant relatives to us, indra reddy is a people's person Sabithakka koduku konchem waste gadunde but KCR vachinaka complete control chesindu..
