who will invest 70 lakhs on something that could show growth after 10 years?? that too "could" grow....no guarantee. for 10 yrs the 70 lakhs worth land will be dormant. if you calculate inflation you are actually losing

It's called Vanabhoomi layout by IB Developers. They are selling for 4,500 - 5,000 per Sq. Yd. which means a 600 Yd. plot will cost around 30,000 lakhs.

Back in 2017 when I bought my land, this layout was selling around 1500 per sq. yd.

so you already had good appreciation on your investment, thats good. Even now they are saying there will be an appreciation of 40 to 50% in 1 to 2 yrs,  but entha nijamo telvadu... but concept looks good and that too reliable phoenix builders

1 to 2 yrs lo manchi returns antunnaru, 10 years ante kastam, cannot lock the investment for that long..

I have good appreciation already on my investment. Yes there's scope for another 50% growth in this area. The prices could go upto 2-3 crores per acre upto 15-20 kms from Shankarpally. Currently they are around 1 crore per acre roadside and 50 Lakhs per acre interior.
