Justification for Upgrade/ downgrade?

Sleeper class lo ticket ledhu. Compartmental kali unte train ekkinattu. Although we can afford and want sleeper class ticket but kudarakapothe, we will still have to board train. Destination important sometimes. 

Class/category are just imaginary lines drawn.

But, going to lesser quality position is nothing but ‘downgrade’.

I just gave the definition from USCIS 😂. Ok Ok I like EB3 scholars. Chandrababu Gari tho cheppi SS Rajamouli approve chesthe... EB3 ni EB1 kante mundhu pedadham.
