Congratulations to every one who got PD current in October 2020 VB. 1) My filing date is in November 2014. Am i eligible to apply for I-485 in EB3. There is lot of confusion going on with filing date and final action date. 2) If i can apply, how much time will i be having to send my application to USCIS ? Will USCIS only accept the application before November VB? The reason for this ask is, I work in one of the financial firms, were its difficult to keep hold of attorneys. Just wanted to understand if i can have at least a month to file the application. 3) Will i need to apply for both I-485 and AP? Really appreciate responses. Thank you!!
