Full time aithe more than 1 year padutadhi. Consultancy same employer with I140 approved aithe simple ga eb3 to eb2 filing cheyi 2 weeks lo aipotadhi.

why are you counting 2015. EB3 is until december 2014, 1 day from 2015 kaka don't include the complete year of 2015.

Not required and they can file in regular process with 485.

He is not right. There is no PP for downgrade cases, around 6 months to 1 year pattochu approval ki for downgrade I140 from what I heard
