No it still stays intact. Current filing status remains unaffected.

Nope , naku telisi if 485 is denied then .. gc process has to start again frkm begining. Perm kuda pothadi gou cannot retain your pd if 485 is denied. Also you cannot renew h1s anymore because underlying i140 and perm are no longer valid

You need to start from beginning ... PD porting ki try cheyyochu but may not work out
