Amala Paul Video Dorikindi -Finally

I was regular afdb user Few years ago. Appatlo ikkada chala posts vesi daily active ga undevadni. pelli ayinaka busy ayipoya 

Coming to the point. I have question about recent movement of filing dates. I read a lot and didn’t find answer to my question.

Question:

I have approved I-140 with my previous employer. EB2 and Pd 2014. I recently transferred to new employer (sis company of previous emp) I transferred because of an unanswerable RFE I got on h1 extension with prev emp. We withdrawed extension and did a transfer. It was approved. I don’t want to transfer back to my previous employer never again because of the processing center it will go to. (Nebraska) so I have to stick to new employer. 

Q1:

now, should I apply for a new I-140 with new perm in EB3 to make use of current dates? The process will take 7-8 months. Will the dates retrogress by then you guys think? 
 

Q2:

Should I apply for new  I-140 with new perm in EB2? Because after 7-8 months I can always downgrade back to EB3 pretty easily if EB3 is current but if the EB2 line is moving fast after 7-8 months or more months then I can still use the EB2.

Side note joke: also if someone finally got hold of that Amala Paul video send it to me. Last time when I was active in the group we were waiting for that Amala Paul video. Till date no bugger gave me that video.

Moved to sister company with H1B issue recently.

ne pata perm use cheyali ante..same service center aite advantage untadi processing lo...ledante time patte chances unnai. also sinc eu dont want to go back to old employer.

best option is start new EB2 with new employer asap, and 2014 current ainanka port chesko..

elago 2014 ki retrogress ayye chances are more looking at the numbers....

ne kotta 140 with EB2 approve ayye lopu, if all goes good 2014 eb3 current aite...easy ga port cheskovachu..
