Need Genuine Suggestion

Coming to my issue

1) My PD is Feb 2012 in EB2. Working full time. 

2) To be honest, I am not worrying about my green card even if today they ask me to leave, I will go. no regrets. Maa pedda abbaayi came when he was 15 months old and he is on H4. He will be completing 16 by end of this year

3) If I downgrade to EB3 and apply I-485 (I dont think my company will approve)  with Feb 2012, are there any chances to get his green card in EB3 category before Dec 2025 (By this time he will be 21 and agedout)

4) I dont want to spoil his chances due to this line change.  

5) Emi cheyyaaloa arthamu kaavatamu ledhu..Eee EB3 advanced purely for funding purpose and I am very sure they put both dates back to 2005 to prevent people applying further. But I am not sure.  If I stay in the same line without going into EB3 route, when can I expect Eb2 2012 will be current

6)Inkoka bjayam emitante...marala inkoka saari dates move chesthaarani ledhu..

I heard there is an 'interfile' option that lets you keep both EB2 & EB3 in process... have you verified that?

I did. It is not advisable to change lanes from A to B and B to A. I am not sure. Maa employer antha alaaa support chessyademo..

Future telisthe ikada enduku vuntam. My suggestion don't wait and check with your employer to downgrade to EB3. Update chepandi uncle me hr emm chepindo full time ki adrustam ledu try anthe

I would wait until Jan 2021 to see where the dates stand because they keep saying Rapid Movement. Feb 2012 isn't too far but we cannot forgot how the dates get stalled over several years. Who knows the dates can stuck in Jan 2012? But there is a fair chance by Oct 2021 when new Fiscal year starts you get some movement. I wouldn't worry too much about this. Patience.

Absolutely eligible to do it but is it worth it? I don't know. There is definitely a risk involved in downgrading to EB3.

If he is Dec 2012 I wouldn't hesitate to downgrade and take the risk but Feb 2012 doesn't seem unachievable. I would wait for next few bulletin's.
