idibezwada Posted September 25, 2020 Report Share Posted September 25, 2020 Here is my situation...My PD is Sept 2014 EB2 with Emp A...moved to Emp B and working for a while now but didn't start the GC process as I am planing to try for FTE and Emp B is a PS and need to beg for everything calling him multiple times....now with the dates moving are my options 1) Start Perm with Emp B and file new 140 under Eb3 (Cons: begging and not sure how long he will drag) 2) Jump to my relatives company and ask them to start the Perm asap (its my Cousins consulting comp.. cousin is close but don't have much interaction with her husband.. no not sure and moreover I don't want to mix up business with family) Too much confusion...I am more inclined to 1st option but drag on chesi dates arm licking chepistadu ani dbt kodtundi Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
