Infosys is ready to downgrade but they said only one time I140 change for each employee... if the eb2 moved faster than eb3, they dont allow upgrade

downgrade to eb3 chesina chesina they can use both eb3 or eb2 which ever is current for final action date attorney chepindu. 

over confused desis eb2 or eb3 2012 varaku are safe for downgrade or upgrade. 2011 and 2012 backlog clear will take 5 years or 6 years.

My pd is april 2014... so confused whether to downgrade or not.

downgrade chesaka how can we use both eb2 or eb3 without upgrading to eb2 again?

If you are not using ead and advance parole in eb3 then you can apply through eb2 if it is current.
