Old mesthri has i140 approved, now am fte- perm under process(it’s been 4months). old mesthri called today and asked to come under his payroll, he sent to fill out i485 application to fill and send out. question- fte odilesi povala odha? 2. can I wait until perm is approved here at fte and file i140 and 485 concurrent ( prolly it will take another 8 months for my perm approved)? 3. Any other alternative to stay here fte and process 485 with him? (note: he mentioned , I need to be on his payroll to apply 485) 4.
