Fida
Hi All, I have EB3 july 2013 fulltime with Company A and moved internally to new role ( july 2020) and still process of H1 Amendment. Since EB3 date have moved. I have reached out to my attorney to file I485. Please see the reply below. From Attorney. As you may recall, you are changing entities at Company A and accepted a new job offer. As we provided Company A prior to proceeding with your H-1B amendment, a new PERM and I-140 will be required to have updated to reflect the new entity. Once you enter the new role, we can initiate accordingly. There is no action on your I-485 AOS application at this time. We will circle back if we have any questions on your amendment filing thanks

Jilchika
Just the title change is fine as long as the responsibilities remain the same
