They concluded this sheet of land cannot be cured and left to die. And adapted more suitable places like Madras, Calcutta, Bombay and Delhi. Godavari Delta and Krishna Deltas were created by them by 1900 and hence those regions got richer even though entire Coastal also was caste-ridden.
