parents tho affidavit cheyincha.. idaru sign cheyali... in case of single parent you can get it signed from relatives

Notary usually vlid for 60 days only..

but a form meeda safe side signature chesi pettukunte better.

Thanks bro...Any relative can do it right, as an alternate option.

One last question - Ippudu affidavit cheyipinchukoni future lo notary cheyinchukovacchu kada...

Affidavit fill chesi Notary chesi scan copy is enough for filing..

for main interview u need the originals..

yes any relative who was alive and mature enough to remember the birth event is good to affirm.
