Don’t need emergency certificate ippudu. If you have negative test within 96 hours you are exempted from institutional quarantine.

I had covid negative form but still they printed one date on hand but lite it will come off after u shower and airport lo elaghe mudra vesina oka ammyi was scrubbing it off

Don't know about embassy . But yes they imprint home quarantine .but in andhara  they are not stopping to go out . My imprints are gone in 2 days
