White House addresses concerns over safety of staff and Secret Service as COVID-19 cases increase within Trump administration

Concerns are being raised around how White House custodians, ushers, kitchen staff and members of the US Secret Service could be affected following President Trump’s return from Walter Reed hospital, where he spent three days being treated for COVID-19. In a statement, the White House said “staff wear full PPE and continue to take all necessary precautions, which include updated procedures to protect against cross-contamination.”
