The White House agrees to FDA guidelines for a vaccine - No Vaccine before election

After initially blocking, White House officials have agreed to new stricter provisions by the FDA for the emergency approval of a COVID-19 vaccine. The guidelines, which are meant to ensure safety and effectiveness of the vaccine, would “almost certainly guarantee that no vaccine could be authorized before the election on November 3,” according to the New York Times.
