this govt brought insolvency and bankruptcy code bill which will help in these circumstances. this is one of the many reforms brought by modi govt

reforms are good for economy but they wont win you votes.

bjp will get huge boost if they bring back either mallya,neerav,mehul etc and then you see how bodi will beat drums

bringing them back doesn't make any good for the money lost, its tax payers money at the end of the day.

they should recover them.
